John was two years old yesterday! We started the celebration off with lots of balloons and Shipley's doughnuts for breakfast.
Elizabeth enjoyed John's birthday breakfast, too!
After that, it was time to open Mom and Dad's gifts...

Next we took John to playschool to have a fun day with friends! We left cookies for the sweet toddlers to have after lunch.
For supper, we went to...Chuck E. Cheese! This was John's first trip, and he didn't know what to think. He could hardly take it all in!
He loved the yellow truck-we used three tokens on it!
John also decided it was better to interact with the ski ball game!
Dad was able to sort of explain how the game is supposed to be played (although John still disagreed, so we moved on to another spot!)
Playing in front of the blue screen and seeing yourself on TV is so fun!!!
The last experience before eating supper-riding the big rocking horse with Dad!
