We Sold Our House-Again!

I'm not sure how I forgot to post last week that we sold and closed on our house! We're so happy that's done before John arrives! Just wanted to share.

Getting Ready for Something Big

Not much post-worthy has happened at the Pannell household lately. Jason has been busy with two graduate courses in Oxford this month; he will finish those on Friday. Mom and I are daily completing some sort of task around the house to prepare for John's arrival. Just trying to beat the heat and enjoy summer!

I've been feeling great overall. It's wonderful to be home and rest when needed.

Life as we've known it for the past eight years is about to change in a wonderful way in five short weeks (or less.) Stay tuned for more, and of course for news of John's arrival!

Sunday's Shower

This past Sunday I had a wonderful shower at the home of Lisa Collins. A sweet group of my teacher friends helped give the shower. We received so many wonderful gifts-thank you to everyone!

Happy Mother's Day!

We hope everyone celebrated a wonderful Mother's Day! We are so blessed to have the best two moms in the world.

I am looking so forward to becoming a mother in a couple of months to the sweet boy in the photo below!

Couple's Shower

Last night we had our couple's shower with our friends Tracy and Bill Behm. The Behms are expecting a girl, Ellie, a couple of weeks before John is due. We know Ellie and John will enjoy growing up together. Our sweet friends threw us a wonderful shower, complete with cute pink and blue initial cookies! Thank you all for such a fun night!
