Suzy Snowflake came to Tupelo

Here comes Suzy Snowflake dressed in a snow white gown
Tap, tap, tappin' at your window pane to tell you she's in town.

Here comes Suzy Snowflake soon you will hear her say
"Come out ev'ryone and play with me, I haven't long to stay.

If you want to make a snowman I'll help you make one, two, three
If you wanna take a sleigh ride the ride's on me."

Here comes Suzy Snowflake look at her tumblin' down
Bringing joy to every girl and boy Suzy's come to town!

What a wonderful three days we enjoyed together during the largest snowfall in our area in over 20 years. Here are a few photos of the memories we made!

Fresh snow cream and hot chocolate-the treats of choice during our snow days!

Elizabeth's Baptism

Elizabeth's baptism was last Sunday. We were so thankful for our family and friends who were with us, and missed those who couldn't be there. E. wore the baptism gown Lauren and Sarah wore, and that we hope their babies will wear one day. She had a little to say before the baptism, but was very peaceful once Rev. Andy walked her around the sanctuary. It was also the day the church recognizes Jesus' baptism and we remember ours. We enjoyed a delicious lunch of soup, sandwiches and cake afterwards at our home. What a special day it was!

I love, love, love this photo. Elizabeth was a little fussy before her baptism, and Anna Garris held her hand which calmed E. down. Sweet girls!

Four Months Old

It's hard to believe, but Elizabeth was four months old last Sunday! She is a such a sweet baby girl and still so easy going...although she can sometime go from 0 to 60 when she needs something! She is always full of giggles and smiles, loves to cuddle and can't get enough of her big brother. She hates being alone in a room and is not a fan of her car seat, either. She survived her four month shots...does not take them well at all! Her four month stats were 14 lbs. and 25.25 inches. Our baby doll!

Learning to Use a Spoon

John is learning to eat with a spoon...a messy and fun process!

Elizabeth's First Rice Cereal

Elizabeth enjoyed her first feeding of rice cereal a couple of weeks ago! She eats rice twice a day, usually mid-morning and mid-afternoon, between bottles. She LOVES it, and eats all that we fix for her!

Full baby girl

Elizabeth ate her first cereal from my baby spoon, just like John did.
