ISR Graduation

John learned so much from ISR lessons last summer and this year. He finished up today after swimming in summer and winter clothes this week. We are so proud of him and thankful he knows what to do if he ever lands in water. Way to go, John!

First Day of ISR 2012

We started ISR lessons today for the summer. John was a little fussy at first for his refresher, but it came right back to him from last summer. Elizabeth was not thrilled to start her lessons, but after a few minutes, she was doing great! As sweet John kept cheering, "Great job, E girl!" Mrs. Regina was fabulous as always. John will take about two weeks, and Elizabeth will take for six weeks. Each will swim about 10 minutes a day. A lot of hard work, but definitely worth it!

Fun at the Mall

Mom and I took John and Elizabeth to the mall recently to play at the indoor playground, ride the choo choo train and the merry go round. John LOVED all of them-Elizabeth just liked the playground and clung to me on the train and carousel...poor baby! We will definitely be back-a fun way to spend a HOT summer day!

Memorial Day 2012

We had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend at Darden. Lots of good food, family and fun! John and Elizabeth loved the beach more than ever, and John especially loved riding on Big Daddy's "fast boat." Best of all, John "lost" his pacifier our first night there, and hasn't asked for it since! We hope you had a wonderful Memorial Day, too!
