A couple of weekends ago, Jason and I went to Corinth for my first high school reunion! We had a blast! Friday night we had a band at The Waldron. Saturday afternoon we traveled to Circle Y for a picnic lunch and enjoyed seeing a lot of my classmates' children. That night we had a dinner at Pizza Grocery downtown. We all enjoyed reading our Senior newspapers, watching our Follies tape, and a slideshow of photos of us from first grade on. We even had a little surprise entertainment- La Toya London, a former finalist on American Idol and member of The Color Purple touring company, was there with Prince Damons, who graduated with us. Prince is in California now working as a singer/songwriter/producer. La Toya is so sweet, and sang "All By Myself" for us. She got a kick out of watching Prince sing the final song for our Follies! We had wonderful weekend, and it was great seeing everyone again!
