We celebrated a great Labor Day weekend with a trip to Darden yesterday. First, we made a stop by the field house for Jason to fill up our coolers with ice to have at the lake. John had so much fun watching and "helping" his dad. Before we left, John found the red swivel chair in the office and had so much fun spinning it around...and around...and around. When Jason put him in it and spun him around, it was precious! He had a blast and we know it's only a matter of time before he starts begging to go with dad to the field house!
After great food, fun at the lake, a GREAT ball game and a good bath before we left, you see how John ended the day when we were on our way home!
Tonight we enjoyed visiting with our friends Marc and Laura and their sweet daughter Elizabeth. They are in Starkville for the week at Laura's parents, and made a trip to Tupelo for dinner.
Now we are ready for the real Labor Day to get here later this week! :)
